Lake Lanier Boat Ramps
This page has been suspended until it is again necessary
Lake Lanier's water level is currently is 8.64 feet below full pool.
When the water level is low, some boat ramps become unusable. This happens when the bottom of the ramp is within 3 feet of the lake's level. The lake's level is now 1062.36 feet above sea level, so if a ramp's elevation is within 3 feet of that, it may be shut.
Please note that this is only a guide. It is an automatic system and thus can't take into account any unusual events. Don't blame us if a park's boat ramp is closed when it says open. Double check by calling the Corps of Engineers on 770-945-9531 or 770-945-1467.
